About Chef Han: 

Chef Han is a highly accomplished master baker with over 30 years of experience. He has garnered recognition and admiration for his unwavering passion and technical knowledge of baking. Having studied and worked in Korea, Japan and Germany, Chef Han’s expertise is deeply rooted in a diverse range of baking traditions and techniques.

As a testament to his talent and dedication, Chef Han runs his own bakery, Han’s Dream Café Bakery in Korea. He has managed a Central Bakery with a team of over 100 bakers under his watch.

Chef Han is also well respected for his numerous prestigious awards, leadership roles and contribution to the baking industry. Some notable awards include securing fourth place in the Coupe De Monde La Boulangerie, claiming Gold in the HIBAC Bakery Competition and achieving First Prize in Asian Bakery World Cup. He is also a judge and coach in numerous competitions and mentored aspiring bakers to represent their country on the global stage.

Furthermore, Chef Han served as a technical director in numerous competitions held in Korea. He also holds the position of Chairman of the International Relations of Korean Bakery Association that promotes international collaborations, and fosters innovation within the baking community on a global scale.

Chef Han continues to elevate the standards of the baking community and inspires others around him.
