About Chef Peng Fudong

Chef Peng Fudong’s achievements on the international stage are truly remarkable. He won the Champion title at the World Bread Championship in 2017 and 2018, and also claimed victory at the German IBA World Baker Competition in 2018. He played a pivotal role in the 44th WorldSkills Competition as a Technical Expert and Head Coach.

In addition to his competition successes, Chef Peng has served as a judge for numerous events, including the First National Skills Competition of China and the German IBA World Bread Competition. As an accomplished author, he has written several influential works on baking.
