A perfect east meets west recipe – You’ll learn to combine traditional Italian focaccia with the rich, umami taste of Furu (fermented tofu) and vibrant, fresh crunch of Chye Sim (Cabbage)

Course Outline:

  • Identify the types of ingredients, the functions of ingredients and flavour profile. 
  • Have a hands-on experience on making a focaccia with a crispy golden crust and a soft, airy crumb.
  • Practice mixing and kneading techniques to incorporate Furu and Chye Sim into the dough.
  • Learn to decoate Focaccia Breads to make it more asthetically pleasing. 
  • Practice kitchen etiquette and handling of tools and equipment
