Course Outline:
- Identify the types of ingredients, the functions of ingredients and flavour profile.
- Learn to make a sourdough starter and maintain it.
- Practice mixing and kneading techniques to incorporate mala spices into the dough.
- Learn to shape and score the sourdough breads to make it aesthetically pleasing.
- Practice kitchen etiquette and handling of tools and equipment
