What better way to get in the mood for school holidays than with cute little Lucky Cat Cakes!

In this hands-on class, each parent and child pair will make an orange pound cake from scratch.  You will also learn how to make buttercream and work with fondant to make decorative elements.  Mix, bake, assemble and decorate your cake.   Lots of creative fun! Each pair will make a set of 2 cakes.

What you will learn:  

• How to prepare cake batter and bake a cake
• How to prepare buttercream and apply it to a cake
• How to work with fondant to make decorative elements and apply it to a cake

Dates: 

• Friday, 4 Sept 2023, 10am to 1 pm

Price 

• 1 Parent + 1 Child/ 2 Children: $128
• $30 for an additional child working with the first pair.  Contact us to arrange for an additional child to join.

Additional Details:

• Fees include all training materials and ingredients
• Participants will take home products made during the course
• Takeaway boxes will be provided according to products made. Additional boxes requested are chargeable 
• All ingredients are pre-weighted. Additional weighing of ingredients may be required during class.
