Join us for a one-of-a-kind baking experience as we explore the deep flavors of Pistachio, Rose, and Raspberry. In this class, we will teach you how to make a delicious and unique cake that combines the nuttiness of pistachios, the floral notes of rose, and the tartness of raspberries. You’ll learn how to make the perfect cake sponge and mousse, how to layer and decorate the cake.
Course Outline:
- Identify the types of ingredients and the functions of ingredients
- Practice making a pistachio jaconde sponge, white chocolate mousse, raspberry gelee and rose mascarpone mousse.Â
- Practice kitchen etiquette and handling of tools and equipmentÂ
